Dr. Jennifer Heckathorn, Ph.D.
Strategic Planning Team Lead
Jennifer Heckathorn oversees Strategic Planning projects and services for LPB. Her experience in K-12 education, as a teacher and administrator, and in postsecondary education allows her to bring multiple perspectives to school improvement projects, making her a valuable and insightful partner for school districts.
She has consulted on the development, application, implementation, and evaluation of grants with the National Science Foundation (NSF), Institute of Education Sciences (IES), U.S. Department of Education (ED), Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), the National Institute for Humanities (NIH), the New York State Education Department (NYSED), and the New York State Office of Mental Health (NYSOMH).
