Paul Jivoff

Operations and Development Team Lead

Paul oversees new business development, coordinates LPB operations and contracts, and provides writing, editing, and data analysis support for projects across LPB’s portfolio.

He earned more than ten years of experience as a technical writer and editor before joining LPB, and he leverages that experience to ensure clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and funders alike. He has worked with the LPB team for eight years, during which time his role has expanded from editing to evaluation consultancy to oversight of part-time LPB team members.

Paul is the team’s lead evaluator in the Perkins V sector, including data collection for the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CNLA) and application preparation. He has also assisted with numerous school climate studies involving data collection from students, parents, staff, and other community members to inform public school strategic planning. He edits reports and products and conducts secondary research supporting projects and programs across the portfolio.
